Jo's Sushi prides itself on picking out the freshest fish. Sushi Chef & Owner Jo Wu is very discriminating when deciding what to serve to his customers, most of whom are regular patrons at the sushi bar. Upon entering Jo's you will always be greeted with a smile. Our menu offers Authentic Japanese items including "homemade" gyoza (pot stickers) and Yajinasu (grilled eggplant), Nabemono (one-pot dishes), delicious entrees, a renowned selection of nigiri & sashimi. Popular rolls include the Volcano Roll, Bubba Gump Roll, and "seasonal" nigiri includes Needlefish, Spanish Mackerel, and Red Snapper to name a few. Our staff provides friendly service to compliment a dining experience rated among the highest in the Bay area. One reviewer is quoted as saying, "As with almost every sushi bar, familiarity breeds affection. Being a regular has its rewards." We look forward to your first visit.

Moved from the city out to the burbs and was hoping to find a good sushi restaurant. This definetly is not it. The sushi is average at best, and overpriced. (more)

The sushi was very fresh, but if you are used to the huge and creative selection of rolls you get at a lot of sushi places in the Bay Area, you will be dissapointed. Mostly basics here. Pretty expensive as well. Very tasty... (more)
